Orders usually ship the following day after receipt of payment. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. We offer you the option to choose recycled packaging at checkout.
Once your order ships you will receive a shipment confirmation email that contains a tracking link. Just click on the link and you'll be taken to the UPS, USPS or FedEx website where your packages status is displayed.
We offer flat rate shipping of $9.95 for orders under $99 and free shipping for orders over $99. We reserve the right to choose the carrier.
We advise you to group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.
Please note that UPS will not ship to a PO Box. Orders shipped to to a PO Box must be shipped by USPS Priority Mail.
Currently we do not ship to the states of Hawaii, Alaska or Connecticut.

We package your items with the utmost care and packages are in perfect condition when they leave our shipping department. If you receive a parcel containing damaged items please call us at 1-800-606-3410 or email email@example.com immediately and we will be happy to resolve the issue.
We accept returns on unopened products in original condition within 30 days of purchase for a full credit applied to your account towards future purchases. The customer is responsible for return shipping charges. Please note that meltable chocolate products are non- returnable.
At present we are a retail only website and are therefore not able to offer wholesale accounts.
